  • A valid photo ID document (e.g., ID card or driver’s license)
  • Contact information, including your name, address, phone number, and email address
  • Your bank details (IBAN)
  • Information about your accommodation, including pricing and availability
  • A photo or video showcasing your accommodation
  • Details about any fees and costs you charge your guests for room bookings and additional services
  • Proof of address, such as a utility bill, issued in your name and corresponding to the details on your ID document
  • Your tax identification number

Please note that providing all required information and documents is essential to verify your identity and address accurately. This ensures that your profile is complete and trustworthy for potential guests.
